Challenge
Fit-Design uses a proprietary AI canvas during strategic workshops to determine where AI can have the most impact in an organisation. Currently, this canvas only comes to life in a facilitated workshop setting.
Your challenge: translate this canvas into a digital, interactive self-assessment that an SME owner can complete independently. One that automatically generates priorities and actionable recommendations.
Core question & where you will work on
• How do you make a strategic AI framework accessible as a self-service tool without losing the nuance?
• You will start from the existing Fit-Design AI canvas and explore how to combine decision trees, scoring logic and visual output into a user-friendly digital experience.
Activities & expected output
• Analyse the Fit-Design AI canvas and translate the strategic questions into a structured digital flow
• Design the UX: which questions in which order, with which answer options and routing logic
• Build a working prototype (web application, interactive Excel, or no-code tool) with automatic output: a priority list, recommended first steps, and a visual overview
• Test the prototype with at least two fictitious SME profiles and document the results
