Elev8 is part of the E³UDRES² Talent Funnel and helps students and young professionals discover their strengths, grow through micro-learnings, and connect with meaningful career opportunities across Europe.
The app is co-developed by universities and regional partners within the E³UDRES² alliance, aligning education, innovation, and regional growth.

What is Elev8?
Elev8 is part of the E³UDRES² Talent Funnel, connecting students, universities, and companies across Europe.
It helps you:
- Explore your personal strengths through Insights.
- Develop new skills with Boost micro-learnings.
- Find meaningful internships or job opportunities via AI Matching that align with your values, skills, and goals.
How do I create an account?
Open Elev8 and select Create Account.
You can sign up using your student or personal email. After confirming your email, you can complete your Insights quiz to personalize your experience.
You can login with you student email.
What devices and systems does Elev8 support?
Elev8 runs on both iOS (15+) and Android (9+).
For the best experience, keep your app updated to the latest version available in your app store.
How does the AI Matching work?
Elev8’s AI uses a value- and skill-based algorithm to match your personal profile (from the Insights module) with regional and European opportunities.
It considers your:
- Strengths and learning goals
- Preferred working style
- Cultural and value alignment with organizations
You remain in full control of your shared data
What are Insights, Boost, and Matches?
- Insights = gamified quizzes that help you discover your core strengths, personality traits, and learning style
- Boost = short, on-demand micro-learnings (under 20 minutes) to grow skills in creativity, collaboration, and communication.
- Matches = curated opportunities aligned with your learning profile and regional ecosystem.
How do I reset my password or change my login email?
If you need to change your email, contact info@talentfunnel.eu
How do I delete my account or data?
with the subject “Delete Elev8 Account.”
Your account and all personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
How can I report a bug or suggest a new feature?
You can report a problem or request a new feature by emailing info@talentfunnel.eu.
