When you move into your first place or start co-housing, you suddenly have to deal with energy. Bills, contracts, apps. It’s not always clear what to do or where to start.
Eneco wants to understand where young users get stuck in their app. Not just what feels wrong, but what could be improved and why. Your team will focus on making the experience simpler, clearer, and easier to use for people doing this for the first time.

• How can the Eneco app become easier and more intuitive for first-time energy users?
• You will explore the current app and design concrete improvements that make key actions clearer and easier to understand
