When you visit and use talentfunnel.eu, we collect and store the following data: IP address, date and time of the request, subpage opened, browser type and version, terminal used, operating system, referrer URL.

These data are collected to maintain our web presence, localise and rectify errors, monitor utilisation and implement improvements. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data security and operation of the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data (except IP address) is stored only for a limited period and cannot be linked to individuals once the IP address is deleted or anonymised. Your IP address is stored only for the duration of your visit and is then deleted or anonymised. In case of incidents such as cyberattacks, data may be retained longer to ensure security. Your data is never passed on to third parties outside the purposes described here.

To take part in Micro-Innovation Opportunities (MIOs) and related Talent Funnel tracks, we collect student data including, but not limited to: first and last name, e-mail address, study programme/background, institution, and information you submit as part of your MIO application or matching profile (e.g. skills, interests, availability).

This data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering a cooperation with a regional partner organisation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your profile and application data is shared only with the regional partner(s)/organisation(s) involved in the specific MIO you apply to or are matched with, and within the E³UDRES² consortium as listed above where relevant for coordination and reporting.

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union and is retained for the duration of your participation plus three years, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is required by law or funding-reporting obligations.

You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your profile at any time by contacting us using the details above.

By participating in Talent Funnel activities, you agree that your name and additional information (e.g. study background, academic background, affiliated institution) may be mentioned in E³UDRES² reporting documents. These documents are made public on the E³UDRES² website and shared with the responsible EU funding agency.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse use of the website. Information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server, potentially outside the EU.
