Building the Viking Tribe & the Talent Network
This is where the movement starts. Two days in Hasselt to form the Viking tribe, build the outreach plan, and leave with a concrete 90-day sprint. We're not waiting for the right moment — we're creating it. 10,000 students and 1,000 stakeholders won't reach themselves.

We have the tribe. We have the plan. Now we make it smarter. The second Vibing Day shifts focus to AI integration — how intelligent tools can personalise the student journey, automate stakeholder engagement, and scale the Talent Funnel without scaling the team.

The Talent App is built on a powerful idea: students and organisations should not have to wait for a job offer to find each other. Right now, most students navigate their learning and career journey largely alone — and most companies still default to a vacancy and a CV.
The Talent App changes that. It gives students a place to develop deeper insight into their own journey and connect with stakeholders who match their purpose and ambition. It gives organisations a window into how Gen Z thinks about work, impact, and meaning.
This is not a recruitment platform. It is an ecosystem. And Vibing Days is how we build the people power to make it real.
You don't need to reach 10,000 people yourself. You need 20 to 30 of the right people, each trusted by their own network of 50 to 100. That is how a small team starts a movement.
Vibing Days is a lean, focused sprint format. Think/doers only. People who leave the room and do something. Every session produces a concrete output. The event is designed to repeat — each edition builds on the last.

Vibing Days has one focus: building that human network in two days, with a concrete plan and a 3-month execution sprint to follow. Think/doers only. People who leave the room and do something. Not another great workshop that fades by Friday.

We look at the Talent App from three perspectives — Students, the Platform, and Stakeholders — then converge on a shared campaign and a concrete 90-day execution plan.
One destination: real app usage.
METRO is a campaign metaphor — parallel lines running across each region, all converging on the same platform. Every team leaves Hasselt with their own METRO line: a targeted campaign sequence driving students and stakeholders toward one outcome. Plus: a shared impact tagline that gives the movement a voice.

Hasselt is the starting pistol — not the finish line. Every team leaves with a concrete 90-day execution plan: who does what, by when, measured how. The sprint runs September through December, with shared milestones and regular check-ins across all nine alliance partners.
This is not for everyone.
And that is intentional.
We need the people inside each partner institution who are closest to students, companies, and the outside world. The connectors. The ones who leave the room and actually do something — for the Talent App.

Every HEI partner is asked to identify and confirm their Viking candidates using the three profile types as selection criteria. Default to the usual suspects and the event loses its force. A specific ask: do not come alone. Bring one or two of your local stakeholders with you to Hasselt — the Talent App needs real company voices in the room from day one.
